I had the WORST experience at the Tuffy on 135th Street... Long story short, they screwed up my car replacing my alternator and I put a credit claim on my payment and they submitted a forged invoice as proof and were incredibly rude to me. Anywho, the alternator they replaced crapped out less than a month later ... Being that it was under warranty, and I didn't have to take it back to that location, I brought it to this one. Tim and his team were amazing, they took care of me/my car and def restored my faith in the brand!!

Outstanding Workmanship and Superb Service at a fair price.
Tim and his Team at Tuffy Thoughly diagnosed my car and replaced all the necessary parts after my CV joint/axel broke bringing my car to a screeching halt.
They even went above and beyond to get a very hard to locate subframe that was damaged for my car.
I could not be happier with the experience I had at this Auto Shop.
They have earned my repeat business.

Watch out for this place. We asked for the tires to be rotated and balanced, but what they didn’t know is my husband marked the tires, I’m disgusted to say they NEVER rotated them! Also, ever since we picked the car up its got a vibration. We also asked for full synthetic and got semi synthetic. Idk what is with these shops doing shady things but it makes us not want to bring our car anywhere because you can’t trust none of them.?

My wife and I always bring our vehicles to this Tuffy’s for repairs. Tim and his staff provide outstanding service at an affordable price and in a timely manner. We have been going here for 7+ years. The service always goes above and beyond. Recently Vince upgraded my battery since the one they replaced was defective.
They take and send you photos to show what repairs are needed. Vince and Chris are super knowledgeable and explain everything. Plus you can't beat their coupons and competitive pricing in this economy.

The shop takes care of our business buses. They are always fixed when they say they will be. We just let the owner, Tim, know and the communication with him is fantastic. With us being a school -daycare we need the busses for transporting to and from schools as well as for our summer camp program. I highly recommend Tuffy!

Went in for an oil change had a great experience everyone there is very professional. I talked with Eric, I’m not sure if he was the manager or not but he answered any questions I had all while dealing with other customers both on the phone and in person. Great customer service!
