In2022 our insurance co. Denied us for hail damage,because we didn’t have a contractor to advocate for us with the adjuster.
A recent estimate for roofing was 18K without any possible wood replacement. I happened to meet Kyle from TTLC & asked for an estimate.He inspected the roof and said we had wind damage from recent storms.We made a claim and Kyle met the adjuster & got insurance to cover not only the roof but new gutters too!Both crews were timely,thorough & FAST. Both jobs were completed and cleaned up after in less than a day. They handled all permits and inspections. I couldn’t be happier! I recommend TTLC HIGHLY!!! Thank you Kyle!!!

TTLC was great to work with. For once I felt like I was getting real and transparent communication. Kyle Luke answered all of our questions and helped us throughout our process. Will definitely be working with them again in the future!

Highly recommend, Louie was out the very next day to survey the roof damage & even put a tarp over the affected area immediately. He worked directly with our insurance company & was there for all of our questions.

I just wanted to start by saying I was not completely sold about the whole idea of having work done to my house but after meeting Tim from TTLC I was set at ease.Tim explained in detail how thing was going to work with TTLC and with my insurance.Tim reassured us that his end result was to have us happy with a beautiful roof, gutters and especially quality work! Tim was on point from the start about answering any questions day or night.The day the workers showed up they were respectful, curiosity and very hard working guys! They were in and out in a day and didn’t leave a mess behind, the yard was clean and free of debris! I would highly recommend Tim and TTLC to my friends, family, neighbors, or anybody I came across!! I interviewed a handful of roofing companies before we decided on TTLC, as many were not registered with our city. We are very happy with our experience and our GAF roof! Louie walked us through the process. He made it a very low stress project by answering all our questions and concerns throughout the project, was timely, kept me informed, and commmunicated with us as a professional. I highly recommend Louie and the crew from TTLC.

I ran into Kyle with TTLC. I've had several roofers tell me to file a claim without confirming things on my insurance. Kyle took a look at my insurance with me and realized it would not make sense for me to file quite yet. I appreciate the full transparency. Once I am ready, TTLC is who I am choosing!

I recently had to file a claim for a leaking roof after the big storms that came thru a few weeks ago, i was recommened TTLC thru a family member and was pleased with everything about them, The Rep Kyle Luke who came out was very knowledgeable about everything and helped speed the process up in only a few weeks, The crew did a excellent job and made a hard job look rather easy, very happy with all the meterials they chose and would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or roof repair!!

Louie Petrov did an amazing job of getting everything lined up for my new roof and gutters. The job was completed in two days for my roof and one day for the gutters. Everything was perfect and the clean up was fantastic. Definitely would recommend this crew.

Louie was great to work with. They were able to get my roof done shortly after I gave them the go ahead and answered all my questions before that. I filed my own insurance claim, but Louie worked with the insurance company after that. Had no issues at all. They were also the best priced out of all the roofers I got quotes from.
