Our experience with Titan was excellent from beginning to completion. Phil, our salesman inspected the roof, showed us photos of the damage, and promised several estimates and options. Good to his word, he returned the next day with the information. We signed the contract, and by the end of the week the new roof was complete. A winter installation was available.If you need a new roof, call Phil at Titan.

I decided to have Titan Construction replace all my windows except one that had been replaced before. My neighbor, who referred me, had his siding replaced by Titan. Phil had to come out so many times because I couldn't decide on how many windows to replace. He was so patient. And when the crew came to set up, they immediately got to work. I was told it would probably take 2 days but they worked so well they got all done but the trim on the window that they had not replaced. They came back the next morning and got it done. I feel so blessed. The windows are just what I wanted.

Great company to work with! Our sales rep Phil was absolutely AMAZING! Super friendly, knowledgeable, attentive & responsive. Answered all our questions and got everything taken care of very quickly! Our order came in right on time, all of our windows & patio door were installed in 2 days! The crew was also very friendly and super efficient with the install. Highly recommend working with them! Will most definitely use them again for other exterior needs and refer to friends & family. :)

Have used Titan for my previous home for siding, roofing and skylight installation and new one for siding and both time’s excellent quality and great craftsmanship! The crew who installed the siding was on time and worked professionally. Clean up was spotless! Phil was very informative from the first meeting and kept me updated with job timeline.

Great company to work with and Phil did a great job for us! They anticipated a 2 day job because we have a 2.5 car detached garage, and they knocked it all out in one day! Cleaned up after themselves, super friendly staff on-site.Phil was great when he came to do a follow up and drop off our receipt. Very friendly and open to any questions. Called to get a quote for a roof and windows. Showed Aaron how I wanted the windows done. Said he would get back to me in a week. Never bothered to follow up or send any type of response. Will take my business elsewhere.

Titan replaced our Roof here in Joliet and gutters. I did some research on a few companies, but when the rep they sent Ty Green came out I went with my hunch and decided to give them the job. Ty and Lysette were easy to work with. They went above and beyond to work with my schedule. The team they sent out to replace roof/gutters/fascia were very good and very thorough. Excellent work. Would highly recommend ?

Aaron and the team at Titan are great. Aaron was thorough, detailed a patient in planning the project to replace 2 exterior doors and garage door trim. I have used them previously for roof and gutters and have found them highly reliable and trustworthy. They stand by their work and you can count on them. We got siding, gutters, soffits and fascia replaced. Aaron was our sales rep and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Aaron was able to offer great/helpful advice on our products. I don’t usually write reviews but we were so impressed with Steve and his company as well as the ones that did the work. This is the 3rd time we worked with them. Always prompt, friendly and respectful crew-they made sure I was happy with the work. I am a perfectionist and they get 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend.

We got siding, gutters, front door and garage doors. Phil was our sales rep and was very flexible with appointment times. He was able to offer great advice on our products.
