“While traveling from West Palm Beach FL to Naperville IL in my 34’ Tiffin Motorhome I called Cassidy Tire in Naperville to see uf they could handle a large vehicle for a brake check and possible brake job. Austin was very helpful on the phone and assured me that the company could handle the large vehicle with service and parts if needed. He told me to speak with Eddie when I came in for my appointment. Eddie Villalobos is the store manager and he greeted me with a warm welcome and was confident that he could help me. He runs a great, well disciplined, knowledgeable and courteous staff and they inspected my vehicle right after one other tire change ahead of me. They measured my pads and rotated my front tires at my request. After all safety checks including tire wear and air pressures, I was on my way. The pads were well within limits. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team for your tire and brake needs. I will recommend the shop to all my friends in Naperville and elsewhere.”

“Best Shop in the area. Literally wouldn’t go anywhere else if I were you. Ask for Julio, he is a straight shooter and is honest. He won’t quote you high and make you negotiate down $500 like some of the other shops I’ve been to.”
“I found this place during the 4th of July and the tire shop by my house was closed.
When I arrived I was greeted within a minute.
The shop was able to plug the hole I had on my tire.
Service was great, super friendly staff and quick as well.
It was $10 to repair. This is a lot cheaper than all other shops I have previously visited.”

“I went to discount tire to have my tires rotated. I went on my lunch break and thought I would have plenty of time to get this done. Once I realized I wouldn't, I asked if I could reschedule. Andy who was at the front desk, checking me in, went above and beyond. He asked his manager if he could go ahead and go do it for me, so that I could get back to work in time. I was blown away by his kindness and customer service! He truly made my day! I appreciate Andy finding a way to accommodate my time frame and will absolutely go back to this location AGAIN!

“I have been going here for two years. They change my oil rotate my tires. offer me specials that I don’t even know about. Every worker that I have encountered, there has been polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful and understanding. I’ve gotten estimates on work recently and our spare car for repairing the air conditioning and they were understanding when we declined to repair it because it’s too expensive for a 2008 car that we only need maybe another year. I highly recommend them. I did invest in their credit card because it will give you discounts on your oil changes and car rotation. Please pay these employees well because it is hard to find good workers. And you have a phenomenal front office and management and the mechanics too!”
