How not to love Target? It's just beautiful. There is nothing out of the ordinary: they sell the same thing as always as in all the other targets but in any case it is a beautiful place: they treated us wonderfully, the workers were super friendly to the customer and the establishment was in perfect condition! Highly recommended to go, but clarifying that it has nothing out of the ordinary: it is the same as the other places.

Had bad experience in the morning with the lady with glasses at order pickup counter. The feeling she gave to me was like I owe her three millions dollars. I didn’t feel I was welcomed. Really gave me a bad impression on this location.

Nothing is ever in stock at this store. As a former Naperville resident, this is was never an issue at Target Naperville. Any time I order anything for pickup/drive up, (and I shop a lot at Target!) it shows low stock, eventually asking to have it shipped or pick a different store! What an inconvenience!

Complete waste of time and terrible customer service. Tried to return a damaged tv and had the receipt with no help from the manager. Target is definitely going down the drain. Losing customers. Soon more stores will close.

It was terrible, I returned some items due to poor quality, and because the store didn't want to accept them, they were blaming me for changing the product. I kindly asked them to check the cameras, but they refused, and managers Miley and Mickey not only refused to help but also had me escorted out by the police. I was never rude, I always asked politely. I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone. They are totally racist!!!

Last night my mom and I were racially profiled in this store. The white male security officer in a lime green uniform followed us through the store repeatedly talking on his walkie talkie. I came to this location because they had a book in stock but wasn’t given the right to browse and shop in peace.

Returned an item bought with cash. The woman bave me store credit because she wasn't trained properly. I used the giftcard to purchase other products at the same store 5 minutes later and was told not all target merchandise can be purchased with a target giftcard. TARGET IS A BAD RETAILER. LOOKING FORWARD TO THEIR COLLAPSE
