These guys are awesome! I had 2 springs that needed replacing. I called, 15 minutes later they showed up, and 20 minutes later the job was finished. Beat that for service. No funny business, no upsells… Nice guys and extremely fair pricing.

Mike promptly answered the phone, and Arthur arrived at the promised time. He listened carefully as I described the problem, then just tried to fix the issue at hand, not try to upsell anything and provided tips on proper operation and maintenance. Honest and professional, would go to them again.

Impeccable service! 10/10 absolutely recommend. I had a garage door emergency this evening and Rumi Garage Door Co. came about 1 hour after I called. I cannot thank them enough for providing same day service at the end of the day. They were quick and did a phenomenal job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Sadly had my garage door go out of its brackets and rails at the last minute on a Sunday night. I was looking around and saw other companies charging extreme fees for a fix with quotes that were way too all over the place. Thankfully while having a bad feeling about them I found Rumi Garage doors and saw their trusted reviews which for me was a blessing in disguise. Called them at 8:30 am and quickly within two hours had an amazing tech Arthur here able to help and assist with a few which was under a 1/3 of the price of others.
Highly recommend this business to others for their care and trust with the consumers

Technician very polite but did not have enough knowledge to replace the existing garage opener since he did not have tool to shorten the opener's track according to him and i still had to pay 85$ service call.

Very fast service! From the initial call he was here within the hour and installed a reinforcement strut and new key pad in less than 30 min. Also throughly answered all my questions. Pricing was very reasonable. Fast effective service is greatly appreciated when your garage door isn't working properly. They will be the 1st garage repair service I will call again.

My garage door opener broke, and I made two calls. First was to a number that popped up first in my google search, but I got a kind of strange, scammy feeling from the website. The second was to Rumi Co. I ended up having both come out just to get a couple quotes. The first company had a guy come out who was perfectly nice, but said the only solution he had was to replace the whole thing for $575-1000, depending on what opener I wanted. The next morning, Rumi Co. came out, took a look at the issue for all of about ten seconds, and said he could fix it for under $200. Needless to say, we were happy to go for that option, and maybe a half hour later he was done and it's good as new. So happy we made that second call and will call Rumi Co for any future needs!
