Store closes WAY earlier than 9pm. The announcements start at 830 and they say they close in 15 minutes with announcements every five minutes after that. Employees give attitude to customers and kick them out the store by circling around them do NOT recommend shopping here. Witnessed a customer get basically kicked out because she wanted to return items at 845 saying they have to close the registers before 9 although there was plenty of time before 9 so I don’t know what the issue was?? A good way to lose business, they didn’t even let three pair of guests walk In after 845.

Lies. It says open at 9 but the door says 930. 30 mins is A LONG time when shopping with a toddler.

A great store to shop. Clean and organized. Better than other local Ross stores. Nice staff too, polite and helpful.

Just want to give a shout out to the team that had to work late on XMas Eve. Forgot some clothing items when traveling and this was the only store open. I know that it probably stunk to be open so late, but thank you to those that were there.

Wow, this lady (Muni) just yelled at us for asking questions about their return policy. We did a few returns, but when one item didn't have the "Ross" tag (fell off at register during purchase earlier that day) the person in charge was saying item needed Ross tag (retail tag was still attached). Absolutely horrible experience. Lady was making crazy accusations of stuff, straight up lies. Felt very uncomfortable getting yelled at just for asking a question about why they weren't abiding by policy clearly stated on back of receipt. We had receipt and item still had the manufactures retail tag attached. I know other retail stores and employees would not treat a customer this way, especially for a $8.99 return!! After this interaction we left items that we were going to purchase.

Every single time i go here i have possibly the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Especially when it comes to returns. Their racks are usually low if not empty, mens shoes section has womens shoe sizes, and don’t even get me started on returns. Tried to return something today and the cashier told me “the box is practically empty” (it wasn’t). Anything they can do to avoid accepting a return, they’re gonna do it. do NOT recommend this Ross

The store research is quite shabby. But as most bargain stores go, if you're really dig deep, you do find some good stuff at reasonable prices
