Jen went above and beyond to find a part for my vehicle that was on backorder and to schedule me to repair it asap, I thought I would be without a vehicle for 2 to 3 weeks but she got it taken care of in a couple days. They really helped me out of a bind.

I would give this business a 0 if I could. I am usually not one who puts down any business but I will definitely NEVER be going here again.
The staff were rude and did not even bother to take down a phone number to contact me when an oil change was done. I had to force them to take down the information. Also they were not transparent at all as I had requested just an oil change and when I went to pick the car up they said that they rotated my tires and charged me for that as well. I had just changed the tires the previous week and did not want that at all, but they did not even bother apologizing for not letting us know that up front. They just said that it was a" basic" service and chose to just stare at me when I asked why I had not been told about this when I dropped the car off. I will also be telling anyone who asks for a recommendation to never go here. I am extremely disappointed in this facility and hope that the management takes a good hard look at their employees and makes some changes.

Jennifer was extremely helpful. Stopped in for 2 tires because I was told by a different facility they were necessary. Turns out they weren't, and instead of going through with the sale, she informed me they weren't needed. Definitely will be back for her honesty alone.

Took my tire there to have it repaired with no appointment. Brandon was friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire in a reasonable time, then put it back on for me! You made my day a lot easier — thank you!!!

Sorry Jen, couldn’t give the 5 stars like you asked for.They weren’t going to tell me they had to replace the drain plug until I questioned them why my oil change was over $120..No warning of the drain plug being worn down or nothing. Just carried on draining and “replaced” without asking.Also want to note they’ve been the only ones to change my oil on this vehicle, and they’ve had the change the drain plug twice within the last 3 or 4 visits.

Sent my wife there for a oil change yesterday, we been going there for over 10 years.They told her she needed rear brakes really bad and it was going to cost $600. So I brought pads and rotors at the parts store for $260 and did it myself and to find out that it was not as bad as they said it was. IT WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN PETE WAS THEREService: Oil change

Sent wife for the works and tire patch. They did not fix the tire claiming the three year old tires had dryrot, which was a bunch of bull. Did not rotate the tires for an unknown reason as I just discovered two days later. When they changed my oil to months ago, they told me my tire tread was wore out and needed to be replaced. This time T hey were still in good tread condition, but were dry rotted. Just a sales scam all day never returning.
