For the most part, I've had a pleasant experience with this facility. Recently, I had a very disrespectful & unprofessional encounter with a young brunette who works at the front desk. She verbally attacked me over a MISTAKE I made on a silly form and I hadn't even opened my mouth to speak to her yet. It was a clearly a misunderstanding between both of us, but instead of realizing that, she totally blew the whole situation out of proportion and was completely out of line the way she came at me. I don't think I've ever had this rude of an interaction in my life from a person in customer service & I cannot believe you allow your staff members to even speak to customers that way.

Great facilities with much to do inside. They should have built a pool. Swimming lessons can bring in a lot of cash and not just wait for summer at the Ottawa pool.

It's just OK when compared to other local park district facilities. It has a two court gym, running track, fitness center, and preschool.I'll never understand why they didn't add an aquatic facility to this building.My son is enjoying the basketball league and employees are helpful.

Great local park district facility! Equipment is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We live closer to a few other gyms, but PARC is well worth the extra few minutes drive.

So many activities here. Such a nice rec center. The playground area is really nice, obstacle course is really cool. Nice to have basketball courts and the baseball fields.
