Apparently you need an account to make change.

I showed up at PNC a few minutes after they closed. I saw people walking out so I thought they might help me. They did not. And worse yet, the guy in the suit said he could not open the door even if he wanted to. This is a lie. Why would he lie? I saw people walking out of the door. These people do not care about their customers.

Terrible service, always under staffed and people hanging out on the lobby wanting to be helped but nobody around.

This bank has the worst service. There's only one teller, working the drive-through and working the inside counter always at the same time, I feel sorry for her. I drive an extra 20 minutes to the next PNC Bank. I have no choice because they bought my mortgage.

Out of the 6 times I went to use the ATM at this location it was only in service once. This is getting really old.

How is it that when you request 2 forms identification you don't accept a Birth certificate, social security card, work badge and driver license, all which were provided at the one time and are government issued. But you will accept another banks debit card and vehicle registration for the forms of identification. And then not even try working with us, we told you our car was just recently stolen and we didn't have that form. Plus we are in between banks so we don't have that one either. Then you guys proceed to disregard us as if we were scum. Thank God we will never have to deal with PNC AGAIN.

Last year when my father passed away a check was sent to my mother as death benefit from the Ins. Co. It had my name on it (daughter). Teller said I would need permission to cash it & called over the Mgr. My mother had been a customer of PNC for many yrs & had more than enough to cover the 14,000 amount of the check between her checking and savings account. Manger said we would have to set up a trust act because it said I was the trustee on the check. Didn’t make much sense to me so I took it to my little bank in Sheridan, where I live and I cashed it, with absolutely no issues. I did not, by the way, have enough money in my act. to cover it) At the time, my mother was 86, using a walker & just lost her husband of 65 yrs. The manager turned us away. Actually said maybe you need to consult a lawyer. Not sure her name but she was the bank manager last year in June. Shortly after that, we closed my Moms accounts at that bank. Best decision we ever made. Shame on you PNC for hiring a Mgr that clearly doesn’t know what she’s talking about. And had absolutely no compassion or empathy for the situation. You get a zero in customer service ?

5 stars for Marissa, who greeted us at the door and provided by far the friendliest, most helpful support from any business I've been to in the past several years. She went above and beyond to help my partner in a difficult situation. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and eager to help.

I've been banking with PNC for over 30 years (sincr they were still MidAmerica Bank). The people at this location have been the most thoughtful, friendly and incredibly helpful group of people I've ever met! No matter how small or how big my asknfor help has ever been, everyone from Manager to teller have gone above and beyond to help!
