I showed up at PNC a few minutes after they closed. I saw people walking out so I thought they might help me. They did not. Terrible service, always under staffed and people hanging out on the lobby wanting to be helped but nobody around.

This bank has the worst service. There's only one teller, working the drive-through and working the inside counter always at the same time, I feel sorry for her. I drive an extra 20 minutes to the next PNC Bank. I have no choice because they bought my mortgage.
