I have a Mercedes SUV that I needed to have work done on. I took it to a location that I had previously went to but was turned away based on the skill and knowledge of their technicians. I called PKW to see if they could do the work. Sean not only was confident that they could do the work they were able to get me in and out in the same day. I highly recommend them for all service work Mercedes but all import vehicles.

Truly remarkable experience. The folks at PKW motorwerks are experts in their field and did great work on my car for a lower cost as compared to my regular dealer. Sean explained all the questions I had with great patience which the regular dealer service advisor was unable to. It’s great to have them close to home, so I will be a regular for sure. Keep up the awesome work!

Still an awesome shop. Gave me a fair price on brakes and rotors and while they had it found a couple other issues I can have fixed at the dealer under warranty. I explaing it was under warranty and they didn't pressure me at all for not wanting to have the other repairs done either. Friendly, timely and great communication. They earned ever bit of 5 stars. Would definitely recommend for any euro auto needs.

These people are nice and friendly. As far as mechanic work,don't take your mini cooper there. I wasted time and money for nothing. 200 dollars for inconclusive diagnostics.

I’ve taken my Benz’s to dealerships that were not nearly as efficient as PKW. The company was transparent and provided consistent communication throughout the entire process. Not to mention, the customer service was impeccable. I’ll definitely be back

I have a Mercedes E350 and have gone to PKW in the past with a good experience. I had a check engine come on. They charged me $400 to investigate an emissions issue. After spending $1400 for an expensive repair, the check engine light came back on in just 2 days.
However they did stand behind their repair. Sean was very transparent and diligent. Replaced the newly added part with another one that didn't set off the fuse and the repair is holding. So good recovery after 1st time disappointment.
