We brought our new Wheaton Terrier in for a grooming and the ladies could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They asked about our dog Rosie and what we expected in a grooming. 3 hours later we got the call that she was ready. She looks amazing and the price was what we expected. We will be making a regular schedule for her and look forward to bringing our princess back for wash/comb and grooming !!

Pikaso pet spa did an excellent job with our Bruce and they handled his anxiety very well. Diane was very nice to work with, friendly and engaging.

I had been going to them for years. Was satisfied then all of the sudden the owner takes my dog a labradoodle and she shaves him completely tail and all. Didn’t call me to say anything. When I got there to pick him up only said his tail was matted and sorry but had to do it. I had brushed his tail out before taking him. Even if it was matted still a call should have been done. Something like I can’t do much would you like me to shave or leave as is would have been appropriate. No regard for the fact that he was my dog. I take two dogs the other one done by the 2nd groomer was fine. I was shocked I didn’t say much other than I couldn’t believe it. Stay Away. Horrid customer service. I called to speak to her and didnt get a call me back. Good riddancePatty S

We bring our golden retriever here. They are quick so he's not stuck there all day before/after his grooming and he comes home clean and trimmed nicely.

This place was recommended to me by a person we met at a dog park. Luckily it's nearby which makes it convenient. I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa.

Very good service . My dog always looks very nice and clean picked up. Price per dog is alittle high.

Donna and crew are always so nice and will schedule to your needs. They're affordable and do a great job with the cuts, clean teeth and cut nails. I wish I could find a human spa that would do that for me. Until then my pups get all the pampering.

Been going here for over a year, and they are very good with our large dog who has some neurological/anxiety issues but is very sweet/smart. Highly recommend for their level of professional care!
