I ordered and paid for 2004 Mercedes Benz Glove box on 14 May and have not recieved the item or a phone call or email. No one answers phone. I have contacted a lawyer to try and get a refund. Very, very disappointed ?

Pat & Jeremy at Performance Auto are our go to mechanics. They are always honest with us, they listen to our concerns with our cars, and they never push unnecessary service or repairs. Their prices are very reasonable, their work is always done on time and correctly the first time, and they are very easy to work with. I like them so much, I actually look forward to seeing them! I honestly couldn't recommend a better place. We've been bringing our three cars to them for over five years, and we've never had one problem here. It's very comforting knowing we have a reliable shop we can trust. Pat & Jeremy really care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. We highly recommended them!

This is a great one-stop-shop for all your mechanical automotive needs. The team is able to work on all vehicles domestic and foreign.
I am irrationally protective when it comes to my vehicle and try to proactively keep up with all service before the factory recommended period. Ever since my 2018 BMW has been out of warranty, I have been bringing to Pat and the team at Performance Auto. I can rest assured that my vehicle is well maintained, while not destroying my wallet.
This shop is extremely knowledgable, and most importantly, honest. A fraction of the price vs other independent shops with superior service. Cannot say enough good things about Performance Auto. Do not fall for dealership or big chain prices, take your vehicle to an indy shop that actually takes pride in their work. Performance Auto should be your first stop for anything from a simple oil change, to more complex mechanical work. I can almost guarantee you will never go anywhere else.

Great experience, honest communication thru out the process!I googled an auto repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews and then also a referral from a neighbor. I am glad I chose them, quick friendly service. Upfront immediately about the price of the work done on my car and detailed why. Best part was the honest communication from drop off to pick up. No surprises. Felt like I was back home in my little town talking with the local garage down the street. I will recommend Performance Auto to all my family, neighbor and friends in the area.

My excellent review I left a few years ago when I first took my car to Performance Auto still stands! Took my car in yesterday for an oil change and requested the brakes and belts be inspected as they were making noise. As always, Pat and Jeremy, whom I’ve come to trust and rely on to keep my 2010 Hyundai running like new, provided excellent customer service and detailed information about the car’s needs. Highly recommend!!

Best in the area! Pat and his team saved me around $900 worth of unnecessary work and parts after coming to them from another shop that quoted me an insane amount for brake service. Honesty is their policy and I will now be coming to them for all of my vehicle needs.
