My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Jenny in Plainfield. She took the time to get to know us and went through options that would set us up for a successful financial future. You can tell she really cares about her members! We are now planning on moving most of our banking to the credit union because our great experience with her! We also were greeted by the sweetest teller who didn’t let us leave without bringing us a picnic blanket for our family. Definitely recommend!

What a great experience! Radana help me with what I needed in a professional and friendly manner and had me in and out of the bank in no time. I highly recommend Green State Credit Union and especially the staff at the route 59 branch.

I’m at the Oxford bank on 59 & 135th, it’s closed again today, when I called they said for maintenance and cleaning but there are no vehicles here or people here. Does anyone know what’s really going on? Perhaps this is part of their merger?

I have an account with the Oxford branch at 134th street and Route 59 in Plainfield. Apparently this branch is so busy that they don't have time to tend to the outside of their building. The building looks deserted - they must not be able to afford a landscaping service or don't know any one with a leaf blower/vacuum. Their look when you drive up to the front of the building says "I don't care how our property looks". Not a very good impression for potential new customers. Several other locations that I've been to care about the image that they present to their customers and potential clients. If the Plainfield branch doesn't care about the simple things, do they care about their customers ??

We have used Oxford for 15 years and will never change. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We are known by name and the services are great. With internet and app based banking available there is no other bank that can provide better services.
