“I have ordered flowers from Schaefer a few times now and I’ve consistently been blown away. The employees that answered the phone each time were kind, courteous and truly listened to my requests. Most recently, I ordered funeral flowers for my beloved father. To say he meant the world to me is an understatement. Needless to say, the flower arrangements were incredibly important to my family and I.
I talked to Maryanne on the phone and she diligently listened to me explain my vision. She was so polite and I truly felt listened to. She made the process easy, in an otherwise difficult situation. She even made sure the flowers could be picked up very early in the morning (before store hours) so that the arrangements would be fresh. My family and I truly appreciated this. I never felt rushed, but rather, understood.
In addition, they created absolutely beautiful arrangements that my father would have loved. They looked the way I pictured them in my head and it meant a lot to me, so I wanted to express my sincere gratitude. I plan on being a dedicated customer and it is my hope that my next order is for a more joyous occasion.

Roman is so knowledgeable about what you need to do to make your yard beautiful. His team Auturo, Jose, and Jose are some of the hardest working, most talented people you will ever meet. You need them at your next project! Before and after.”
“We're on our second year as customers, and I plan to have many more in the future. While the site supply of plants and trees may not seem endless, it's more than adequate for the lion's share of landscaping. The owner's family has a separate, but well-integtated landscaping service that can also assist. Any time we have stopped for plants, flowers, or tree advice, the owner (presumably) has always been very helpful and given honest advice and strategies.
I would highly recommend checking out Magical Garden for anyone in the Oswego-area.”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”
“I have been to many Home Depots and this was the only place that ppl actually asked me if I needed help 5x before I got to where I needed to be. Every other Home Depot the staff avoid Eye contact, stand around talking in groups and act like you're bothering them when you do ask for help. Keep up the Great Work Guys! “We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”
“What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.”

The location of these were incorrect and she took the time to look it up, walk the store, and find this. Lost a star for the inaccurate location to big in with, but gain so much respect for this young person as she showed initiative and excellent customer service today!”

“I use Home Depot because they still offer curbside pickup more likely known as parking lot pickup. Menards no longer does this. As a disabled double amputee it is very difficult to shop large stores especially with motorized carts that can die at any point. Even though their prices might be higher than Menards, getting my order curbside makes it worth it!”
“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”
