Excellent!! Went to the area to eat lunch and saw this place across the street, so decided to try it. Best NY Strip I've ever purchased to grill at home. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for! It is definitely worth it if you're a fan of a quality steak!! Melt in your mouth tender and amazing flavor. Something you would expect at a TOP OF THE LINE steakhouse! But it would be a lot more pricey there. Highly recommend!!

Super helpful and nice people. I have gotten many items from them over the years, and the quality is always excellent!
I have gotten a standing rib roast a few times for holidays, and it's a huge hit!
Nice to have a hometown butcher selling local product - and they are helpful, kind and always keep me in the loop for orders.
Can't recommend them enough - for anyone who loves to cook, this place is a godsend!
