It was the best experience we have ever had at a jewelry store..the staff is outstanding.. Warm, friendly, and very professional..we had a hard time finding your store,however each time we called the staff did their best to help us..we all laughed and made it great experience..My sister needed to have her wedding ring resized so it doesn't come off her finger..Her husband put that ring on her finger 80 years ago..the staff said it might take a week..we said ok!! On that Friday I got a message the ring was ready..we were over the moon so was she..Thank you so much for the perfect job,and the staff..It's wonderful to know a business who has the best customer service, and then delivers.I asked for business cards so we could share with everyone..good service needs to be acknowledged..Thanks for everything you did to make this so wonderful..The ring, looks brand new!!Janet

Unfortunately, the information that we received before buying our ring was different than what they said after we decided to purchase a ring and they did not give us trade in credit. Once they had our money they didn't care I guess. We also had a very frustrating time trying to get the ring we bought appraised for insurance. The ring sat there for sometime and when we picked it up they hadn't even been appraised it so it remains unappraised. I would not recommend working with them due to these difficulties.

I went to this jewelers to have my ring sized and payed $1130.58. The rings are still too big. The salesperson could/would not help me. This couldn't be resolved. Dana waited on me. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.
