This company does not value their employees as assets. They don’t even value their employees as human beings. They are fully aware of the way certain clinics are being mismanaged yet refuse to do anything. The owner values his friendships with DVM’s more than the actual business.

When you sign up and PAY for wellness plan buyer beware. It’s impossible to get appts in the hospital you signed up with and the plan is not usable between Animal Care facilities. Unable to get sick dog in for 3 weeks. Tried alternate location and when I called - said they don’t honor wellness plan sold by their company - only honored by location.

The service is great BUT as of January 1st they no longer price match for basic services. I was quoted $477 for my 2 dogs. a clinic will vaccinate both for less than $200. I won't go back to KVS.
