Horrible customer service and tried to give me a compact suv when I made a reservation for a Luxury sedan.

Great experience for EV leisure renting. Must be new management or something. Crystal and her staff are relaxed and always make things right. Not sure again if new management or if some other customers might be reactive before giving them a chance to fix it. Smooth rental - will be back.

Worst experience ever!! These guys will try to rob you at every chance they get. Very disrespectful people
