I had the same problem as Jeremy did in recent reviews. The bank blocked my online access, made it impossible to pay my bill, and then tarnished a relationship it had with a loyal customer. They dropped my credit card score for nothing. Thanks guys for great customer service. Especially Mandy in credit cards for showing no sympathy for my dad who has cancer

Heartland bank and trust is a bank for old people, don’t use it if you’re under 50. Let me tell you why:I had a secondary account with them that was well over 10 years old, had everything automated and running smoothly. Then, I made a mistake and the account was over drafted. After a few months, they canceled my account and sent it to collections, the amount I owed was under $350. I contacted them to ask what happened and they said they sent me notices in the mail that I didn’t respond to. They didn’t text or call, they thought that mail was the right answer to how to get a hold of someone, well they had an old address.So just to reiterate, this bank is a bank for old people. Old people love it but if you’re not old, don’t use it.

Tried to change banks that I belonged to for 19 years!!!. They were bought out. Bank moved. So applied here. Was denied!!!. I have excellent credit and no reason for denial given!! Very bad way to handle good business!!!
