The staff is great it's just to bad they have to work for the owner. He was incredibly rude and thought that by insulting other brands he no longer carries it would discourage me from refunding a product he does sell that I was not happy with. It was an uncomfortable experience.

This is an independently owned store which means that the level of service and knowledge about the products sold here are subpar. Jeff the owner grossly misrepresented a product I purchased that did not work as he stated it would, and then refused to issue a refund. I ended up contacting GNC’s Corporate office to formally register a complaint. The corporate office identified a local corporate owned store for me to return the product and they promptly issued me a refund. Though the corporate store was 45 minutes away compared to 5 minutes away from Jeff’s store, the corporate store is the store that I’ll be frequently visiting as the employees there are knowledgeable and the store honors returns for products that are clearly labeled “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed”, as the product I purchased is labeled. I’d rate this store a zero, but I did not have the option to do so. Terrible ethics!

By far this is the best GNC that I've been to! Upon entering, I heard peaceful chatter amongst a customer and the owner of the shop. When the customer left, I was immediately greeted by the owner Jeff. Jeff was extremely personable, authentic, and catered to all of my needs and questions in the easiest fashion. I felt very confident in my decisions to buy new products as a result of his genuine expertise. If you're looking for an amazing experience at a vitamin and supplement store, then this GNC is the place to get your products!

The worst experience ever.... I purchased a drink was never told about a no exchange no refund on product until I go back and try to return, didn’t end up using it and explained that I didn’t need... was told by Jeff the one in charge that I’d have to keep because all GNC’s have this no return policy, I was even told to just give it away because in these trying times we just have 60$ laying around to give absolutely no sensitivity towards his customers and their needs, I immediately got in my vehicle called another GNC and was told with the receipt and ID I’d have no problem on exchanging or refunding at their location, save yourself the trouble and bother by going to this store thankfully the mall is 4 min away, the gentleman was able to accommodate me and gave me a refund and a worry free piece of mind, thank you Jeff for reminding me why I’m in customer service for 18 years I love what I do and it’s people like you that remind me why I got into this field not everyone has a chip on their shoulder and not every customer service person is rude!

Just had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jeff. Very knowledgeable about the products and ridiculously friendly. Stuck around a few minutes after the purchase just to chat. Will definitely return.
