Fox Valley Glass and Mirror is the best. I shopped around a few places to get a mirror cut to specific shape and they were able to do it with no problem. Only took a few days and I saw several pieces in the office that were really nice.

After our bathroom mirror broke we reached out to them to get a replacement and they quickly responded and provided us a quote. They even stayed in communication with us. The customer service was amazing. Hard to find these days. Thank you so much to Tina and Brian! They were so awesome!

George and Mike are/were great to work with. Their professionalism and attitude were outstanding for the installation of our glass shower doors. No matter what minor issue we presented to them... they were more than willing to come and make sure that we were completely satisfied with the job. Not to mention...the shower door look great!!!Thanks!!!

I should have read the reviews before I contacted this company! I am not big on writing reviews and I generally take them with a grain of salt. Fox Valley has a customer service rep named Steve who couldn't have been nicer when I initially called and totally mislead me on installation dates, when they would be contacting me and gave obvious lies as excuses. When I called him out on the terrible communication and misleading's, he the started talking over me so loudly that my co-worker could hear his voice through the phone. UNBLIEVABLELY RUDE! How do you think you will ever keep a customer with that kind of treatment?! Lost all trust immediately. When I asked who came to take the measurements, Steve, the customer service rep then told me that the OWNER, JAIME LEYVA. Well, he did his best to upsell and couldn't have gotten out of there faster. This customer was definitely not profitable and an inconvenience!

Fox Valley Glass & Mirror installed a customer shower surround for us in our bathroom. They did decent work. Sometime communication and followup were not exactly smooth. The glass that was install had an odd bow to the glass that actually had a gap on the upper edge of the door panel. It was replaced and still to this day isn't a 100% right even with the replaced panel. We were told it was from the treating process. We had another issue in which the glass was not silicone sealed very well round 1 and water leaked into our lower level ceiling. The came out and sealed the edge that touch's the shower base and resolved the issue. The glass has held up well despite the issue. We did get the special coating and the glass Has stayed clean and mineral and soap scum free at 2 years. They were decent to work but the quality isn't exactly up to par for me. The pricing was competitive.

had a bathroom redo, the original outfit ordered the wrong facing shower door, opened on the left where the vanity is? fox valley was called into the mix. discussed various solutions with george, found an answer, they installed the shower door,(with a little gerrymandering), extremely nice people to talk to, will look to them for future projects

I cannot even give Fox Valley Glass one star. I spoke with Shannon who quickly scheduled Simeone to come out and measure. Then it took a week for quite as they supposedly had phone problems. After finally getting quote I asked to schedule work. I then called every day numerous times and finally a week later received callback. I told them I was disappointed in customer service and was told by Tina "I have more to do than schedule customers ". Wow guess they do not need need any more customers!
