Natalija did such an amazing job!!! I had an exceptional experience with her. Her attention to detail and precision in shaping nails is outstanding. I have been coming to European Beauty Lounge for some time and I am very happy with their services, nails, eyebrows and lashes. The technicians really go above and beyond to make me feel beautiful. I usually see Bojana the owner but over time I got to meet the rest of the girls at her salon and everyone is very professional, nice and welcoming.

Been getting my nails done for 25 years. My neighbor recommended the salon which I never knew existed. Let me say I will never go back to the way they were being done because this is how they were done when I first started to get my nails done, naturally. My appointment took longer because she had to take all the old product off and add a few extensions but it was worth it. My 2nd appointment is already booked. Three things you don’t cut corners, 1.) I had my nails done here with Mariana, and these are the worst nails I had in many many years. They look like a child did them. I was cut in 2 spots, the shape of nails is wavy, and their's gel polish on my skin around the nails. I wish I could upload pictures here but the app is not giving me this option. I paid the full price and tips because I didn't have time to check them out closely at the salon. I kind of trusted the process and the fact that they must be professionals. When I got into my car, I was in shock. I couldn't believe a professional did this, not a 7 y.o. child. I'm extremely disappointed. What a waste of 60$ as I have to redo them.
UPDATE: I have changed my one star to 5 stars because of the amazing owner of the place. She has resolved the issue well.

I was originally excited about trying this place out, since it got great reviews. My experience was the opposite. The hospitality was nice but the service was bad. I got a Pink White New full set. My nail tips are not even. The base is not completely polished. And the white tips are different sizes. I personally will not come back and not refer anyone.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is so amazing! All the technicians are, first of all, wonderful people, and second, true professionals in their work. You can’t go wrong with any of them - I am loyal to this place, but really don’t mind whoever does my nails because they always turn out perfect and last for 3+ weeks. I have been doing my nails @ EBL since 2020, and have never even considered going elsewhere. Even when they’re booked weeks in advance, I would refresh Vagaro multiple times a day until I see an opening somewhere because another person canceled lol. There’s no way I would go somewhere else and risk my nails not getting the care I have here!

I've been seeing Mariana for over a year now and I cannot stress enough how good her pedicures are! She is always accommodating when it comes to booking appointments, very warm and a pleasant personality. My feet are always happy after she applies her "magic touch ", the color application is spotless and she is very through and attentive to details, no wonder why my pedicures last over a month!!!!Service: Pedicure

Went in for a no-chip and pedi. After, just 4 days my no chip began to chip at the tip of the nails. They filed my nails excessively causing them to become very thin and fragile. My nails have been breaking ever since. They’re thin and bent easily with any slight pressure. I can’t even pull up my jeans without feeling discomfort when they bent. I’m Extremely disappointed.For reference, I usually shorten my nails in between no-chips. I do this with regular nail clippers. And it’s usually thick enough to where I need to put some resistance, to clip off the tips of my nails. However, for the no chip I got done at European. I’m able to clip my nails as if there’s nothing on there. They left my nails extremely thin and the no-chip polish seems to be a cheaper brand. It feels like I have regular nail polish.Not a typical nail salon. They do not soak your fingers when doing manicures. They simple file away and trim off cuticles without soaking. A couple days later I noticed a lot of my cuticles were not properly removed.Additionally, There’s no massage chairs or bubble in pedi bowls for pedicures. They have accent chairs and cheap soak bowls for your feet. feet.Services: Manicure
