They're affiliates with Samsung and was given a sales pitch. I was essentially told I was out of luck other than shipping my phone to California for their forensic team to maybe get the data back for a hefty price and if they got anything I would only get a flash drive with the missing pictures, texts, and contacts. Dr. Gadget is independently owned and care about your concerns, with ample information they guided me back to as close back to what I had prior to losing everything.”
“This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! Thank you so much for your superb customer service! Please do not hesitate to purchase from here...you will not get the same type of service from the big-box stores!”

“I greatly appreciated the link that Sears provided me that included a photo of my technician, Omar. Subsequent messages let me know where we stood in line for our appointment. Omar called a half hour before arriving and I could easily recognize him from the posted picture. Omar asked me pertinent questions regarding our problems with the AC so that he could get right to work. We were grateful that Omar was able to resolve the issues without having to replace the unit. Our AC has been running since he left, with the interior of our home going down from over 80 degrees into the low 70's.”
