They helped me pick out shoes that were good for what I wanted. Had my foot measured and staff watched me run to see what shoe was right for me. Even got to test out the varies pairs to see which ones were right for me!!

I have been buying my shoes exclusively at DNA after falling in love with my first pair. And I come from Michigan to do so. Also to visit my marathon runner daughter. She recommended DNA because I've been having trouble walking for about 3 years. I went from not being
able to walk 1/2 block to walking 3 miles last week. My perfectly fitted shoes help so much. The place is a gem. Service is exceptional. The community is so lucky to have DNA.

I picked my daughter up from track practice around 5:10 pm on 1/30/2024 and was told by her coach she needed running shoes. Her coach suggested that I go to DNA. Arrived at DNA around 5:30 there was one customer and one associate in the store. I was not greeted when I walked in. Me and my daughters took a seat waiting for the associate to become available. Ten minutes have passed no one else is in the store and still no contact from the employee stating he will be with us when he is finished. The customer that he was helping was making a return and from there conversation he was looking for her receipt on the computer. Once he found her receipt, he brought her out another pair of track spikes to try on. He walked her over to the seating area where we were, pulled her shoes out of the box for her so she could try them on. Still the employee said nothing to us. He then proceeded to watch her try on the shoes leaning on the wall as she did so. At this point he is making it very obvious that he does not care to help us. He could have said I'll be with you guys in one moment or what brings you in today, to have us start looking while he finishes up. I told my girls to get up so we could leave as we were heading to the door the employee finally said I'll be with you in a moment. No thank you, I will not spend money where I am not respected.

This store has a large stock of different kinds of running shoes shoes, all beautifully displayed, and the personal customer service you get in choosing a shoe is amazing!

Love this store. I went in to try on some shoes that I thought would be right based on online searching. When I arrived I explained my situation and they gave me the shoes I was looking for but also recommended a whole lot of others. No pressure. No upselling. Just trying to help me find my shoe. I ended up choosing something else based on fit. Would I be able to do that online? No. The price was just as good and they even have an awesome return policy. I’m now a lifelong customer. Great work DNA!

Fantastic store, a bunch of great stuff. Customer service was subpar last time I went. The guy sitting at the desk watched me walk into the store, did not bother to greet me or ask me if I needed help finding anything. I just though it was funny given I was the only customer in the store…
