I had extensive dental work done and had to pay up front, when my insurance paid they neglected to reimburse me for the 700 dollars I had of credit, I then went in for a cleaning and found out about the credit, had the cleaning which Brandon took out of my credit, I asked to have the remaining credit refunded to my credit card and all of a sudden they”can’t do that until the new cleaning claim if closed. Keep in mind they took the charge from my credit so I had no balance! still fighting with Brandon the “office manager” for my refund. Funny they don’t have the corporate phone number when I asked. Will no longer go to that office for dental work.

Friendly Staff and always super accommodating with my kids. Myself and other family members of mine have been members of this practice for 15+ years.My son suffers from anxiety, so dentist appointments are always tricky. The Hygienists and staff are always super flexible with scheduling and super understanding. Today was a success. Thank you, Dental Works Plainfield!
