Jim is awesome. Incredibly honest and professional with his work. He attempted to work on something that other body shops were turning me down for, and made it significantly better - but didn’t get good enough to where he felt it was up to his standards and ended up helping me at no cost. When’s the last time you’ve heard of that happening?
I would absolutely recommend giving Jim’s shop a shot - good, honest people. I will be coming back here in the future if needed.

Very professional! I showed up with vehicle to get a quote, received quote very quickly by email and was able to schedule repair the same week. If the repair is as good as their procedures I'd give bonus stars!

Extremely great outcome of my repair work. High quality of customer service, was available to take my repair work immediately, finished work as committed with quality and timing. I was hesitant in the beginning to give my repair work but the overall outcome including budget is fantastic. Will always recommend to anyone

Took my truck in for small dent on fender body line at hood.they looked and said for 1 ding they can do immediatly,while I wait.job well done,will return if I need paintless dent removal in future.

Jim, the owner did an amazing job on my 2007 Honda Civic. Not only did he get the dents out, but he went above and beyond and touchup some scratches that were also on my car. He made my car look new again. So happy!

I used to take all my vehicles here, but quality has not been good since ownership changed. Had to take a vehicle back multiple times to correct mistakes, and it's still not right.
Took another vehicle there to have a dent pulled, the lady at the front desk said they wouldn't need to drill the door jam to do it. When I picked it up, sure enough it was drilled and the dent was not completely removed. Then they tell me it could only be fixed to 80%, after the work was done. Before the work was done, they said it would be no problem to remove it. Communication is lacking, and so is the quality. You've been warned, I personally think this place is coasting on the old reviews from years ago.

Did a great job taking 2 dents out of the side of my SUV. Other places told me that dents in the body crease can't be done by the paint less method. They did it with no problem and it looks great!

Great guys very helpful. I stopped by to get there opinion on how much it will cost to fix a minor dent on my car door and they gave me an honest estimate and also advised on how to fix the door myself as I have a beater and wasn’t looking to spend a lot of $$. This is how businesses are supposed to work. If I have any future needs, I will be bringing my business to them!

I would give them more stars if I could. Very professional, fixed my vehicle very quick can't even tell there was 70 plus dents on my truck From hail. They pulled and left my vehicle inside the whole time even if they were not working on it.
