Can’t recommend Commit Fit enough!! Trainers are so helpful and the community of people is the most welcoming I’ve ever been a part of! Trainers know what they’re doing and it’s proven by the multitude of success stories.People are always willing to help and to celebrate each other. It is SO nice to be able to show up to the gym and have your whole workout planned (and customized) for you!Come check it out - you won’t regret it!

Excellent gym!!! Personalized workouts in a group setting. Trainers are knowledgeable, goal orientated and most importantly, there is accountability! Regardless of your fitness level, everyone is supported and welcome. I can't say enough about the community and culture! Highly recommend coming into check it out! I have never had so much fun in a gym... I look forward to being there!

Perfect vibes to get motivated! Love how our workouts are always organized and ready for us to start. Trainer always observes to make sure workouts are done correctly and always puts you up for challenges.

This is the first anytime fitness I have visited and I enjoyed my experience. It’s a smaller gym, but they have a variety of machines and equipment to choose from.

Sarah Merkle with Commit FIT is the best. I am nearing the end of the 6 week challenge and, yes, my body has changed, but the shift to my mindset is EVERYTHING. I am continuing to workout here because I have finally found my tribe.

On January 24th (about 2 weeks ago) I started my New Years resolution of creating Healthier Lifestyle Habits with the help of Sarah Merkle (a personal trainer and fitness professionals at Commit Fit in Plainfield). We talked about my different types of goals and created a 6 week work out schedule and recommended goals for meals! It was important to me not to be a centered around calorie counting and instead wanted to be more of a “clean eater” instead. She was all for it! I was also give tools to use to work out at home if I didn’t want to go to the gym! (This worked great for these past snowy days.) I really love the flexibility her program has given me and ***I AM SEEING RESULTS AFTER 1.5 WEEK! *** She also has been so very helpful during our 1 on 1 sessions, helping me with posture/form and modifying moves to make them more effective and comfortable! Does anyone’s wrists ever hurt when doing push-ups!? Or does your neck feel strained when you do crunches!? Sarah showed me a way to fix that! There are more weeks to complete in my program but I am so excited to progress with Sarah’s help and support! If your interested/have questions ask Sarah! She is wonderful!

For a little background... I am not a fitness buff by any means. If I could eat cheesecake all day and do nothing and still fit into my clothes I would... however I've yet to figure out how to do that so here we are... this gym is amazing. Bridget and Chris are more than personal trainers. They have two of the biggest hearts in the world. They take the time to know you as a client and develops a strategic plan to help you meet your goals. When I met them I was a 24 year old who couldn't even run a mile... now I run half marathons! I never in a million years would have thought I'd like working out or going to the gym, but somehow I found a love for Pilates and running in my time at Commit. If you are even slightly motivated to change your fitness level I highly recommend checking out Commit. You will not regret it.

Creative workouts, never boring, always modifiable if you are in need. Great trainers/owners, very qeen to each person's need and they have such a familial vibe.
