I've never had a problem with this branch. Everyone has always been nice and personal when I go there. The people giving it 1 stars seem a little dramatic. It's a bank, what more do you want?

for the love of god put in another outside ATM!!! there's always 3-4 cars waiting forever. I'd give it a zero but the employees are great. the only employee that's bad is the one that made a decision to have only one outdoor ATM in such a busy location.

when I say they deserve -0 stars, going to this branch was the worse mistake of my life! while in the branch my card was declined, a few hours later I was unable to pay for dinner get meds etc. this all didn't start until I went to the branch on 59 near Meyer in Plainfield Il. they should be investigated. I stood there longer than I should have while she was clicking on my account, I don't no what she was doing but there were problems aft that! later I was told by a supervisor that I was sent a card in 2020 that was activated aft I left that branch at 9pm this same evening what is going on. that's more than just an era that was incompetence and it's my belief it was intentional. this caused all kinda problems bc now I have to wait til next week to get new cards or id have to go into the branch again until those cards come whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I wanna no why and and wanna no what there gonna do about this.

I went to the drive up window hoping it would be faster than the atm who had a line of 3 customers. it took 10 minutes to make a payment on my card. TEN minutes. i gave them my card which should be enough to complete the transaction considering i would only need a card at the atm. she asked for my ID, which then i asked why.... and she responded as she was instructed to, i'm more upset about the policy to give your ID. if it was something to do with my checking account, different story... however i'm making a payment WITH the physical card- you don't need my ID.

They only get one star because it's required to write this review. First, I walk in the Branch to open an additional account and Julie looks at the clock at 1:30 . . . let me see if I have enough time. I understand they close at 2:00 but immediately I'm turned off. Where's the customer service? It is not what you say but how you say it. I was informed by multiple Chase employees that I'm allowed another free account but after a lot of back and forth, Julie tells me I may or may not incur fees. What does that mean?! Why would I open another account on a possibility that I may be charged?! She was so nonchalant and totally disregarded what I other Chase employees told me . . . the equivalent of a shoulder shrug and parting words of go to the other branch located downtown Chicago so they can help you. I left, called the customer service, and was once again informed Julie was incorrect. Go to a Chase bank where you'll be appreciated, heard, and treated like the value customer you are!

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. The banking services offered are a complete joke. The "staff" is extremely phony and only look at you as a number, not a person. They will literally charge you with any fee they possibly can, just so they can maximize their own profits. Avoid banking with Chase at all costs.

The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Today I spoke with a financial advisor who went out of his way and offered to help me with college loan issues I've been confused about. His friendliness and advice was very much appreciated.

I've used this Chase location a few times to pay my bill. My bill is always due on the 16th, I get paid on the 15th, so paying online or mailing a check sometimes isn't an option. Luckily, this Chase is located practically in my front yard, and they have really good hours of operation. The only thing I dislike about this Chase is the cameras in the drive-up lanes. I know that there are cameras at other banks, and all for good reason and security measures, but I hate that I can see myself. I already hate that I have a horrible habit of not getting close enough, so I have to remove my seatbelt, roll the window down, and sometimes even open the DOOR. I don't need a visual reminder of how foolish I look. It can be kind of slow on Saturday mornings. Not only will ever lane be occupied, but there's going to be other cars waiting behind them. I won't go inside to make my payment at this location, because I was once inconvenienced by a guy who kept babbling about trying to get me to open more accounts after a simple, "no thank you."
