Had such a great experience bringing Boomer today for his first time. Their attention to Boomer and making him feel comfortable was excellent. Katie was very through and answered all our questions. Appreciated how clean the facility was too! We look forward to Boomer coming back as he came home exhausted so we know he had fun!

The staff are very friendly to both me and my dog. I peeked in on Murray, through their cameras. Murray was being cuddled by a staff member❤️. I never have to worry about him when i drop him off for a day or a week.

Camp Bow Wow in Joliet has changed our lives! The services and people that work here give us such a confident feeling leaving our pup overnight. I love the monthly events that are run they're so creative and give us days to plan our bookings.

The staff really care about the well being of the dogs. They are all very friendly and treat the dogs nicely. I love the peace of mind having the ability to watch my dog on the camper cam. My dog left camp very happy and tired!

My dog is super excited to go to daycare and when I watch him on the Camera, he is always running around playing. He is wiped out for 2 days after he gets home from playing so hard. I love this place Everyone is wonderful here!

Great place for your dog to socialize and get plenty of exercise. Folks there are well trained and watching the pack as all the dogs play. Packs are divided up into little or big dogs. Bathing, nail trims, etc can be done there.

The Camp Bow Wow Joliet team have been great! We adopted Qira from a local shelter and wanted to keep her social. They provide a safe (and fun) place to keep her active.

Our Tilly was boarded here while we were away for 6 nights, the longest we've been away from her. I am very satisfied and confident with Camp Bow Wow. Every time I checked the cameras, she was either playing or relaxing, and she came home worn out and happy. Would highly recommend, and I do love the interview process to ensure safety for all.

Camp Bow Wow has become a great place for our pup Domino to go and get much needed socialization with other dogs and to burn some energy. We really appreciate the staff's attention to detail and ability to prioritize the safety and well being off all the dogs entrusted to their care. We never have to worry when Dom goes to stay, whether it's for the day or overnight!

We have nothing but good things to say about Camp Bow Wow. The interview process is so smooth and really gets a feel for your dog's level of engagement and comfort at the facility as well as the other dogs around your pup. It took us a couple tries to acclimate our pup in the interview process, but I'm grateful for it, because the last thing we want is for her or any other pets to be uncomfortable in a place. We just had her first overnight at Camp and she did amazing! Couldn't be happier with the staff and everyone for taking such good care of our girl!!

Absolute zero. Negative 5 stars if I could. Travelled 3 hours to Chicago on way to catch a flight. I use Camp Bow Wow regularly in another state. My dog LOVES it there. They checked with that location to transfer files and got rave reviews for my dog. When I got there I watched my dog on camera for 20 mins or so playing, being submissive, wagging tails with other dogs and just waiting so I can leave to catch my flight. Kate comes out with my dog and refuses to board her. I’m still not sure why as I watched nothing but fun on the camera for 20 minutes. Literally have to miss an extremely important trip and flight due to my error in thinking this would be a reputable place like the other franchise location is. Absolutely terrible choice on my part to waste time with this place.
