I've been in the Geneva store twice and talked to two different salesmen. Both were very kind and forthcoming. The store is beautiful and the cigars are safe in glass cases.

Frequently closes at random times (10-20 minutes) or will close early outright. Unpredictable hours and wildly unprofessional staff that disregards store hours to let us guess. I do not have a car and have walked to this trap house shop for the last time.

The glass pieces they sell here seem like they were made by a 5 year old. I bought a chillum for almost 20 bucks and I smoked out of it one time (not even 2 hits) and it got clogged. Wouldn't be an issue if the size of the hole wasn't smaller than a grain of rice... I literally couldn't even fit a thumbtack in to unclog it because the thumbtack was bigger than the hole ?. Ended up breaking it trying to unclog it. At least I got one hit out of it!! ??
