I almost cried happy tears when I received my package. The felt was so beautiful I actually hugged it- and tied to the felt was a little card with my name hand written--- AND spelled right. When people say it's the little things- that's so true. With this company- it's the little AND the big things. I can't wait to order again.

I’ve never been to the physical shop because I live too far away, but I am always so impressed by Benzie! I’ve have been ordering from them for several years and each time my items arrive in a timely manner (even during the pandemic). I’m always amazed but their shipping speeds! I am also impressed that despite me ordering multiple types of felt they have yet to mess up an order! They have always been very helpful!

I love Benzie! I’m an online shopper and it’s my favorite mail day when I get a package from Benzie! I had a question about ordering extra fabric for a kit I was purchasing and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Renae on the phone! She was so helpful and even hunted down the exact colors so I could order them online. I hope to one day visit in store, but until then I’ll be a forever online customer! Thanks for all you do to bring sunshine to craft and felt world!

Besides my wife loving her very first trip to Benzie to make a mobile for our soon-to -be Granddaughter, gets Holme and realizes her phone is missing… long story short, Saturday night AFTER closing, Renae from Benzie emails her, sends me a duplicate email and probably a dozen text messages. She said she is happy to go back to the shop and meet her there at 7:30… on a Saturday night! Unbelievable how Renae cares about her customers and cares about the stress out on one of them after losing her phone. Phone is found, my wife is thrilled and Renae from Benzie in Plainfield is a total Rock Star!! Thank you Renae, Mike.

I LOVED a shopping in this store. If you enjoy crafting, this is a great place for you. If you're too far, they have a wonderful website. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I spent so much time looking around and loved everything they had. This is definitely worth a trip!

I have been buying felt online from Benzie Design for my business, HartFelt Crafts (HartFeltCraftsShop on Etsy, @hartfeltcrafts on Instagram) for a few years now and have literally never had a bad interaction with them or product from them. The quality and array colors are unbeatable in my book. The wool felts are absolutely wonderful to work with and for what you get the price is incredible!! They are the only felt I use! Thanks y’all SO MUCH for providing top notch service and products! I hope to one day visit the shop in person! (I’ve included a few pictures of the array of felts they carry as well as a few things I’ve made with their high quality felts!)

Love, love, love this store.About a year ago I changed the type of medium I normally use in my art to embroidery floss and felt, however I didn't like the choices of fiber I found on Amazon or Etsy. Finally, I came across Benzie and was blown away by all the amazing products they had and went on a shopping spree. I have bought several more items from them in the past year, and will continue. Thank you!
