“My 2001 Van was in an accident, and it seemed like the battery
needed to be charged every time I went to drive it. (Only about twice a month.) I inquired about my problem with the Interstate Rep. and thought it could be the battery, or that my van now had a slow voltage drain. The battery was only a year old.
I took my battery to them, they tested it, and five minutes later they gave me a replacement. My van now starts reliably.”

“Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !”

My dad found this place for me so I didn't know what to expect when they helped me out a couple years ago, but what I got was good and easy service, easy scheduling, they come to my place to do the work and were pretty much in and out. I did have some issue recently, and they backed up their warranty quickly and without question. Would definitely use them again or recommend to a friend. “I read the awful reviews about customer service, and honestly if I were the only working there I can't say I would be beaming with joy. I knew what I needed and Sarah was able to order for me and it got there when she said it would. Kudos to her busting her rear when I didn't see another soul working there.”
“Went in to get a front headlight and was helped by a Hispanic young man. He was able to look up what I needed quickly and I was in and out of the business so fast. Came back to see if they could help with a fuse since putting the headlight in with no luck. A man by the name of Timothy helped me out. He was very informative and helpful. Changed a fuse for me and wanted his superior to assist him with just checking out something on my car. He asked the same man who helped with finding my headlight and he told him "We're too busy to look at anything right now". There were three registers going. He was helping a few guys and another Hispanic man was assisting taking customers as well. Timothy told him he would take over if he goes out there and this man still said no and ignored him basically. So the helpful employee Timothy said I'll look online to see if things like this happen a lot in these cars and sure enough they do. I thank Timothy for going above and beyond to help me out. It's unfortunate that his Superior thought that taking a look at my car would be too time consuming. I give that employee a 1 star. He can have better communication skills and be a little more professional. 5 stars for the employee Timothy who helped me out tremendously.”
