I went here 5 years ago for an oil change and I did not like how they recommended other expensive repairs needed to be done. I have several cars needing to be repaired so I thought I would give them another try. They inspected my vehicle and gave me a quote I thought was fair….only to have them call me and now the price is double!!! I would have gone elsewhere. Not to be trusted!

I have been coming here since late last year roughly, and have had nothing short of a great experience.
It started after my Original shop had told me I had a VVT issue. Their shop wasn’t open at the time for extensive work but I needed the issue resolved quickly and when I called Bartels, they were able to get me in the same day and give me a diagnosis the same day. I was informed by them that my car didn’t have enough oil which was causing the VVT code. They Added oil and I was back on the road. I went to pick up the car and they didn’t charge me for adding the oil it needed. Not only did they save my car but they also gained a loyal customer. They have resolved issues on my vehicle at reasonable prices and I could be more grateful. Bartles is the place the go. Even for a simple oil change.

I’ve used Bartel’s Auto several times for repairs to our vehicles. Their pricing has been less than half that of the dealer’s prices. I’m very happy with their work. I especially love it that they send a video of the inspection and explain what they found and what needs to be done. It’s also helpful that they categorize repairs to tell you if it’s something that needs to be done immediately or if it can wait.

I can't say enough good things.
Let's start with NO PRESSURE! They tell you what's wrong, send you a link with pics and video to show you the problem. Then send you the estimates to approve or not.
I'm older 50+, and have dealt with repair shops for 30 years. I won't take my car/truck anywhere else again.
Very professional shop and very clean. Thank you for making my Friday easy!
