I had a check engine light issue that I brought in for him to take a look at, he inspected my vehicle and gave me the honest answer about what is going on. “Our 17 year old took our car for an oil change yesterday. The employees were all very kind to him and welcoming! The oil change was fast, under a half hour too. When he was paying we had an issue with his debit card. The gentleman who was ringing him up was very patient and helped him to get his card info. Great experience overall for my son who is learning how to be responsible with his car and how to take care of it. We booked our appointment in advance online which was also super easy! “I had the WORST experience at the Tuffy on 135th Street... Long story short, they screwed up my car replacing my alternator and I put a credit claim on my payment and they submitted a forged invoice as proof and were incredibly rude to me. Anywho, the alternator they replaced crapped out less than a month later ... Being that it was under warranty, and I didn't have to take it back to that location, I brought it to this one. Tim and his team were amazing, they took care of me/my car and def restored my faith in the brand!!”

“Why Interstate, and why this location? Interstate is huge and national. If you ever have a problem, it’s pretty easy to find an Interstate location and resolve the issue. Also, batteries die from age. Thanks to the volume they do, their batteries are always fresh. With AGMs, that’s important.
Why this location? They have great inventory, give you a fair price, and treat you well. What more could you ask?
Many years ago, I had a repair shop and sold Interstate batteries. The distributor servicing my account has changed hands and is no longer the great place it once was. This location made me feel at home – again! Thank you!”
“Maily is the best in the burbs. Worked with him since the 2000s when he saved us thousands on an exhaust and engine swap on our Infiniti G35 coupe. Since then he’s worked on tough imports like our troubled Mercedes Benz ML430 and Audi RS5 and A4 in addition to early model Infiniti i30s, FX45 and G35 that we all had way back then. He knows his stuff. Subject. Matter. Expert. Who can get it done. His fees are a bargain for the service he provides and even if they were increased they would still be lower than the fees the Stealerships charge. He’s also a great human being to work with and one of the hardest working people I know. Can’t recommend him enough!”
