The worst dry cleaning service. My 3 sweaters shrank and are full of lint, obviously cannot wear those anymore and the embroidery in my cotton dress is totally ruined. I will not return there and I do not recommend anyone to use their services. Absolutely awful.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I should have read the reviews before going to this business. I was charged $200 to alter a Prom dress. She attempted to charge me $250. My 2 other daughters dresses were $40 and ($90 for a similar style) and the same alterations. The store that I purchased the dress from was only going to charge $100. I feel violated and do not want anyone to have the same experience... it is awful.Service: Alterations

One star is far too many for this business. I wish I had the business card I was refused to attach a name to this experience. Walked in needing dry cleaning service. The woman asked for my number then name. She mistook my first name to be my last name(never had that happen before, my first name clearly a first name worldwide). Then asked for my last name, before I could finish my entire last name, she decided she wanted to cut it short by saying "why don't we just go with the...." Referring to the portion I had already spelled. I said no it's my name let me give you my full name. She then says, "we go by phone number." If that were the case once I gave my phone number there was no need to ask for my name. She didn't want to be bothered with entering my full name because it was too long for her. I found it to be highly disrespectful to decide to shorten/change someone's name to fit one's need. I then decided I would not use this business And left. Took pictures of the establishment so I had the correct name for the earned review. I decided I wanted to be sure I absolutely had the right place so I went back in for a business card. The same woman asked if I decided to have my clothes cleaned after all even though I no longer had the clothes in my hand. I told her no and proceeded to let her know that I would not be using the business because of the disrespectful behavior shown by not wanting to enter my name in its entirety because not short enough for her convenience. The exchange that followed understandably does not comply with Yelp rules therefore I cannot include it in this review although it offers context. The business card I requested and was being handed, wasn't given to me once I expressed my dissatisfaction with the behavior I experienced. Too late, however, I wish I read the reviews before choosing this business. My experience is to be expected from a business that chooses to display "let's go Brandon" on its establishment. BEWARE. This kind of behavior or anything remotely similar should not be tolerated or accepted.

Lost dresses on two different occasions. Last chance was when I brought suits and pants in and were not dry cleaned. I spoke to the owner and she has no cares what I had to say. Will not go back to them anymore.Service: Delivery

They have now misplaced three different drop offs. Unresponsive was told they would call back, never received calls. Run away from this place - overpriced and not organized.

I won't go back as long as the "Let's Go Brandon" Sign is in the store. Not professional.

The lady that owns this Dry Cleaners is the nicest person I met ! Let's start with that. I love to see awesome people/businesses succeed. Second, she is a master at her work. We have brought her stains, difficult stitching, and dry cleaning. And they always turn out perfect. Last, I had brought my clothes to many places to get it clean but it doesn't seem to be as clean as it here .This place has ZERO problems getting it done right every single time. She is absolutely the best, and I'm not easiest to please when come to clean cloths!

I politely asked the owner to make alterations to my dress suit and she was already irritated within minutes of speaking to her. Throughout this process she was really rude and acted like she didn't want my business. when i picked up my suit refused to let me try it on to confirm what I PAID FOR!!! was correct and told me she not working on my suit anymore. Mind you I was extremely polite to her and respectful while being treated like crap.

If you are in the market to purchase a overpriced mask, then this is the place to go. The price that they had on Facebook was $6, but when I went to the store to price was $10. Other sellers on Facebook were either giving the masks for free with a donation or they were selling the masks for a lower price. I wanted to shop local so I decided to purchase my masks at their shop. They didn’t have any sport team masks so I purchased my own fabric. Joann Fabrics had a sale but, you had to purchase a minimum of 2 yards of fabric. I had mentioned this to the owner and she had offered to give me a deal on the mask in exchange for the fabric. Anyway I had brought in 3 yards of fabric which makes about 50-60 masks. I got 7 masks for $30 and I let them keep all fabric. Anyway, I had special ordered some fabric from Etsy which I was going to bring in to get a mask made for my 76 year old Mom. She is a breast cancer survivor so I had ordered some Breast Cancer Awareness fabric to make a mask for her. I told the owner this & that I would be ordering 4 more mask which she had had quoted $10. Well when I came to pick up my masks she charged $40 which is not the price that she had quoted me. Anyway I am happy to get the rest of the fabric back which I will donate to a nonprofit organization that will make the masks for those in need. This is what I should have done in the first place but I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping local. Instead I overpaid for masks for my family & your business was able to make a $500 profit at my expense. It was a pleasure doing business with your establishment, but I think I will not be coming back or referring anyone.

Bad enough they were overpriced and my clothes came back dirtier than how I brought them in, but the rudeness was beyond acceptable. Definitely taking my business elsewhere!

I have had great service from All Cleaners for about 14 years. Always ready when they say it will be ready. Great for repairs, hems, and alterations.

I brought in a pair of slacks and a dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed light starch and it was about $7. I returned and it was done very well. I didn't have a problem with them and they seemed friendly.
