Tried to set up the app for autopay 3 separate times with no success leading to me having to pay late fees. Also they raised my rent inside the first year 20%. That's why I moved out. Felt like greed more than necessity. Other than that my stuff was kept dry and secure. But there are better deals closer to my house.
