Terrible service and customer service, he did not want to receive my ID or that of my friend, passports, and ID, in all the 7eleven they always receive my ID, it is the only one where they do not, and he also threw my ID on the floor and us He spoke super rude. How horrible, no one should go to this place.

They’re not open 24 hours. I stopped there this morning at 3:15 and the door was locked and the woman inside said they’re closed.

Sucks. 9:56 and locked. Guy was sitting there and wouldn't open the door for a 30yr old white female in a $85k pickup truck. Not sure what kind of profiling you are doing, but this is PLAINFIELD.

If I could give no stars I would. I was in tonight and got 2 pints of ice cream. I get home and go to open mine and it's already been eaten out of. It's supposed to be brand new. I tried calling and it says "the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail box that hasn't been set up yet." Very disappointed

Owner was rude and acted like I was a bother. I got cash back and asked him if he could give me a 10 and 2 5s and he just shook his head and sat down. I asked again and he said no you need to leave now. I'm still shocked.

Usually a great place BESIDES the fact that it’s advertised as 24/7. I’ve been there 6+ times past 10pm when the lights are on but the doors are locked. Cars in the parking lot & the doors are locked with no sign on the door. Not trying to be bogus. You say that you are 24/7 on google. That is 100% false. Might as well go to Jewel at this point.

Supposed to be 24 hours it's 1 am the lady was at the counter but had the door locked and saw me and did nothing....seems odd

This location is so sad and needs brand new workers today is 11/21/21 @ 1:18am and the doors are locked to an 24/7 7eleven i have patiently waited here since 12:54 am and no one has came to unlock the doors or anything something needs to be done cause this isn't the first time

Overnight woman is extremely rude gives dirty looks while I shop around and sometimes asks me why it's taking me so long.Its probably a lot better to spend you money elsewhere. just a FYI she drives the blue little car.
