Wait over an Hour and Half for AAA. So I decided to find another Towing Service in Pittsfield,IL when I came across Richards Towing. so I called them and a very nice guy answered and was very helpful and assured me that he would be here soon and tow me to The O'REILLY in town. Once we were there and talking to the guys at O'REILLY'S we decided to take our van to Douglas Auto repair recommended by Tow Driver. After dropping off our Vehicle at Douglas, I asked tow driver if he could drop us off at the local McDonald's so we could wait for a Friend (coming from Springfield,IL) to pick us up. This driver went up and beyond the call of duty to help my Husband and I (who are both Handicapped) Make a terrible situation very easy and stress free. It's nice to know that there are still plenty of good men out there. Thank you Richards Towing you are A++++ in our book... Stephen and Gina Brake..

Excellent service with them being fast an efficient with towing our van in after a collision with a deer on the interstate at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. They were helpful with the insurance company checking out our van and storage. They were always available with any questions we had.

My gas gage broke out of state leaving me stranded, they were super nice helping me figure out my location and quick to respond. The service call was reasonable as well.
