One of the worst gas stations I have ever visited. The morning/noon girls( cough cough Candice) is always so rude, unhelpful, and constantly is complaining about her co workers to customers. Every morning she tells me how much sheDoesn’t want to be there and gets an attitude when I ask her anything behind the counter. I’ve had so many problems with this gas station from the soda machines always being out, the store is always very unkept and untidy, and employees with really bad attitudes, expired food being extra out of date, and the bathrooms that’s a whole new post one it’s own of discussing. I honestly don’t know how you have stayed open this long with your rude customer service, and untidiness that is seen through out the entire store. ?????? 0/10 do not recommend wasting your money here. Just go across the street to Casey’s you’ll be happy I warned you.

I pulled into Jiffi Stop in Pittsfield needing gas and all the pumps were full. An employee and her friend were sitting at a gas pump in her friend's vehicle smoking and not pumping any gas. They were just chitchating the entire time and smoking and were not courteous enough to move. Therefore we had to wait 10 minutes to pump gas and were late to my doctors appointment.
