The crew at Douglas automotive did an amazing job fixing my daughter's car. Scheduled me in and found the problem, ordered parts and rescheduled to do the service. Very quick and reliable. Would recommend to anyone!

We were traveling and my car stalled outside of Pittsfield and I needed a new fuel pump. We were towed to Douglas around 3:30 p.m., they had to order a part, but they did an amazing job getting us back on the road before noon the next day. One of their technicians stayed late to get the car ready to work on the next morning! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and gave us hotel and dinner suggestions. Customer service and car repair rate 5 + stars! Very thankful- you just don’t get that kind of customer service from many places anymore !!!

One of the best services I've EVER gotten! She was one of the kindest woman and generous woman I've ever met. ❤️ My daughters and I were stranded on a gas station after our tire blew at 0100. Everyone told me no or charged me ridiculously high prices but they did it for free all I paid for wad the used tire. I'm forever grateful and happy to have used their services.

Told me it would be done by thrusday, let my car sit in the same spot for two weeks. No phone calls to let me know they haven't been able to get to it yet or anything. No information couldn't tell me anything shooed my husband away. YOU ARE A BUSINESS. Rule #1 Fix your phones!!! Why would you let it go on for so long with "broken phones". You loose customers when you don't have communication!! LOUSY service skills. I went in there myself and demanded my keys back . If you want a unrelaibe mechanic be my guest! I will never recommend this place to anyone. First time I brought my car in they charged me 400$ and it wasn't even fixed that's why I'm in this predicament now! I guess I should have known better.

Me and my family were heading to visit family in Indiana and our tire blew. It was after 5pm and we were having a hard time finding a place to get it fixed. Called Douglass Automotive and even though they were technically closed, they agree to look at it. The hole was too bad to fix but they put on a used tire so we didn’t have to keep driving on the spare. And didn’t even charge us! Lifesavers! Thank you so much for your kindness!! ?Service: Tires
