Despite how difficult it most be to work at a rather thankless job, the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything from postage to passport applications. They are still generally the cheapest shipping service for most of my needs. So I would choose them over UPS or FedEx any day.”

“Our beautiful WFPost office! What a landmark. The story is told that all the building materials for our post office were being shipped by train to Frankfort KY. There was a mix up & the materials were all unloaded here in West Frankfort! We have an amazing post 9ffice with an efficient, knowledgeable & very polite staff. If ya have to go to the post office, ours is THE BEST!! Inside & out!!”
