“Purchased a used pickup from Watermark Ford yesterday. It was the quickest vehicle purchase I've ever made. My salesman, Drake Allen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the "Forever Warranty". I had done some research on both my trade-in and vehicle I wanted to purchase. After dickering for a short time, and him making a couple trips to his manager to discuss my offers, we reached a deal that I believe suited both parties. Then I met with Jon, the finance guy. He quickly found me the best available finance rate, beating my own bank. Even though there's tons of documents to be signed, Jon moved quickly through them, taking enough time to make sure I knew what a was signing. If their service, after the sale, is just as good, I'll be really happy. If not, I'll be sure to let you know.”
“Whoever worked on my vehicle turned off my headlights. Imagine my dismay when I was traveling at night and fumbling in the dark trying to figure out how to turn them back on. It's dangerous, and they should be more mindful, particularly when it's a new vehicle.”

“Best darn body man in so.il that fights the insurance companies as hard as he can to fix customers vehicles to put them back to original condition as they were and not put back together with junk parts that insurance companies want..he will get o.e.m. parts and use these at his cost and loss of markup to avoid these junk parts. paint will match and repairs will be as good as could be expected. also.. will usally cover the deductible when applicable.”
“I usually don't write reviews and its been about four months since I was there, but the folks here were incredibly kind and went out of their way to get my car back on the road. I was driving a total trash Ford Focus that broke down driving from TX to MI and they had me back rolling way faster than I expected at a very reasonable cost. Really appreciate the work they did.”
