“Whoever worked on my vehicle turned off my headlights. Imagine my dismay when I was traveling at night and fumbling in the dark trying to figure out how to turn them back on. It's dangerous, and they should be more mindful, particularly when it's a new vehicle.”
“My family and I rented a van to drive to Destin. On our way back we got a flat tire. We realized we didn’t have a spare and thought we were stranded on a Friday night close to 9pm. We googled closest tire companies and called Pull-up On U for 24 hour service, and they responded right away. They worked with us to get around using a tow and had us back on the road as fast as possible. They saved me and my family tonight. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Great service and super nice. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.”

“Ran over a screw today while I was in town, my tire light came on and I could hear the air coming out of the tire. I went to two other places who couldn’t get me in, in a reasonable amount of time.I called Plaza and Gage answered the phone, and he was also there when I arrived. He was very friendly, professional and got me back on the road in about an hour. They were my saving grace today!Plaza tire will now be my first call for any tire needs. Thank you!”
“These folks are great!! Wasted an entire day at Loves waiting for a DOT inspection. Called the gal at Vernells and she got me in immediately!! Fast friendly service and they even offered to store my truck and trailer, high dollar cargo included, at their secured lot overnight. Definitely be going here next time I’m in the area an need service.”
