I quite appreciate ACC Of Pingree Grove. My pup has been going there since I rescued her at four months of age. They have always gotten me in for any urgent matter and have always treated any issue promptly and effectively. They are really good at adhering to their appointment times as well. Here’s a picture of my goofy girl for tax. She is not a fan of other people touching her, But she does quite well with Dr Baitman and the staff. That speaks volumes.

Staff and Doctors are great with are pets. We got right in to see there doctor for are chewy. Went slow with are pet very friendly.highly recommended

Very happy with the urgent care service here! They got my poor itchy dog in the same day when my regular vet couldn’t get me in for a week. They were friendly and thorough and the facility is clean and welcoming! I’m definitely considering making them my regular vet from this point forward. But at the very least, it’s wonderful to have a great urgent care facility close to home!

My visit here was so enjoyable. The use of AI to record and transcribe the conversation in the exam room is a great way to use technology to take accurate notes. In addition, you also get to pay in the exam room, which is such a great idea because it has always been difficult in the past to pay out in the waiting room while my dog is running circles around me. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend this animal clinic.

My puppy was in critical condition! I was a wreck! Last Thursday 4/11 the Doctor and staff went above and beyond to help. Equipment and technology. The office was so clean, they even put on soft music to relax my baby pup during his scan of his spleen.
The Doctor found there was bleeding in his belly hemoabdomen from a spleen tumor. I got into a specialty surgery hospital 1.5 hr away, his operation was a success by Friday 4/12 and this is my pup on his ride home on Sunday♡♡♡ the other is last Summer♡♡♡ Super Puppy
My regular vet left the clinic I went to for years. So I am grateful for ACC of Pingree Grove for being there in a very hard sad time.
You know there are alot of good people still in this world, when you find them appreciate them! I appreciate you ACC of Pingree Grove!

I have been looking for a new vet since we moved to the area almost 3 years. I needed an affordable, kind, and caring vet. We’ve tried 3 different once’s before finally trying ACC of Pingree. The staff is nice and the doc was super knowledgeable and kind. They are not pushy at all but make sure you have all the info you need to make a decision with your pet’s health! Would recommend ?

Seen our dog on an emergency basis. We weren't pleased with our normal vet. Caught them lying to us. Called, They stayed late for us. Friendly as soon as you walked threw the door. Doctor took his time with us. Explain options. Most of all was honest. They have gained 3 new patients. Because Tango has 2 brothers at home. Highly recommend

Office help is wonderful, but Baitman is only concerned on what he can sell you. I gave it a fair shot and he finally broke me when I was not on board to have the eardrum removed by a surgeon. Well. I changed vets and what a difference in 12 hours...they also did culture and found three different infections going on...my dog is happy again, skin allergies are all gone and ear infections are cleared up...do yourself and your pet a favor and shop around
