It was my first time going here so I was going in confident. I went to get a 2.5 inch lift, wheels and tires mounted, and a good result. The day I brought it in I was needless to say, excited, to finally upgrade my vehicle. The first problem occurred the day I brought it in where they couldn't take the locking lug nuts off without a key I didn't get when I bought my vehicle. I was saddened to hear the news and later that night went out to the nearest auto stores looking for a key to which my unknowing was specially made for my lug nuts so it was not in stores. I eventually got 4 non-locking lugs to replace with the locking and did the "steal your rims method" and got the locks off and replaced them fairly easy. I brought my vehicle in the next day and after I got off work picked it up looking like a totally different vehicle. I am pleased by the results and would go back here in the future to get my front bumper installed. 5/5 for Efficiency, 4/5 for problem solving, and 5/5 for no breaks and looks.

Horrible experience. Don't give you what you ask for. I took in my car knowing I just needed to replace my catalytic converter and they decided to give it a tune up instead. Needless to say it didn't fix the problem and I'm out $200. Not my first bad experience here
