Most of the time the food is pretty good, as it should be considering the fact it's way over priced like everything they sell. Usually the store staff are all talking to one another so irs very rare that I actually converse with any of them. When we do however socialize I've never had a poor experience.... the store is clean and up to date. All machines besides the ice cream machine are usually running snd in perfect working condition.

took an hour an a half to get our food when the app told us 45 minutes, delivery guy pulled up and a car blaring load music with 2 other young kids in the car. will not be doing delivery again.

I order pizza for my Mom from here for special occasions since we live 5 hour's apart. I've always enjoyed conversations with employees. Not this time. Andrew was rude, unkind , abrasive. My suggestion is to go to a career you'll enjoy that does not include being friendly . This is my Mom's 83rd Birthday normally the employee has even written on her pizza box. I am so disappointed. When i asked for his name and told him my concern and that I would be contacting his manager he just became a smart....

For this past year, Casey's in Petersburg, IL has been doing a great job with customer satisfaction. Their food is better, employees are nice, and you can tell by their work that kitchen and register employees take pride in their jobs. I don't know her personally, but they just terminated their manager, Tammy. She seemed to be the one who really built that team and got the store back on track. Sucks to see her go and I hope that Casey's can still keep up what they have going now that she is gone.

Spotless bathroom. Shelves were clean and we'll stocked. Was able to get through line at register in under a minute. Cashier was friendly and fast.

I tried too take down my 1 star review and i wasn't allowed.i do see the owner trying to do right HOWEVER good pizza didn't equal hearing a young person grabbing talked down too. I hope better comes from it

Only place still has the foam cups on fountain drink which keeps my drink colder. Great taco pizza and delivery
