“I went to the servcice department today with a problem that an oil change service in the state of Virginia caused two eyars ago. I am afraid I was a little rude to the service mangaer. He listened to me, asked questions that showed he listened to me. He provided the necessary information such as availibity of parts. Two hours later he called with the problems fixed. Very good service! I will call Nikles first from now on to fix my Jeep Cherakee.”
