“the young lady who waited on us name was Madi and she was awesome she was probably the friendliest person I've ever had wait on us in there she was helping us with the prices and talking to my granddaughters about the clothes they were buying and how cute they were and when we found out she was only 17 we couldn't believe it she's an amazing young lady and you all are very blessed to have her as an employee”
“I came in store yesterday to get a new pair of jeans. Since having my youngest in 2020 and styles changing, it’s been hard for me to find jeans that fit to my liking. I didn’t think to check my receipt for the ladies name, but she was so helpful in helping me find a pair. Recently having a child I also didn’t 100% know what size to get, but she knew right away when I told her the size I was just wasn’t sure of the conversion into inches. Whether it’s this store I go into or the one in Bloomington, IL the workers have always been so helpful and excellent. They’re really knowledgeable in the products being sold. It’s nice actually having a pair of jeans that actually fit and aren’t starting to hug and dig into my hips.”

“The only complaint I have is they closed some of the checkouts. I love the don't have self checkouts but closing half of the checkouts does hurt hurt customers who have Appointments. Also not all the checkouts are open when the lines are long that is poor staffing. This happens in your Peru store.”
